Entry Twenty-One (Action for Tony Stark)

[KOS-MOS, never one for subtlety, has traveled all the way to building 4 carrying her sleep chamber thing as seen here, in the exact same outfit and configuration. It takes her no difficulty to locate Tony Stark's place of residence, even without use of her sensors. The gawking bystanders were more than willing to inform her which apartment it was, and she arrived shortly after her departure. She knocks three times on the door with her free hand, then waits for a response.]

Tony's very good with his hand beams. Especially when examining chest beams with them.

*Nods, slightly amused that this is the first time "full diagnostics" and "accessing directly" a beautiful woman will actually be done in the technical way.*

Not a problem. If I can access your code and see what systems are specifically malfunctioning and work on repairing them.

[ooc: Not sure what sort of systems she has, but he'll most likely try to access them remotely with his body if he can? That sounds so dirty...]

;D

Fair enough.

*Although he doesn't move he is already initiating contact, going through and downloading all the files that he can, genuinely impressed with the systems. Some of it is even so advanced it's beyond what he currently knows. Giving a low whistles he nods at her.*

This is pretty advanced stuff, even for me. If you give me a couple of days though, I think I can get myself up to speed enough on it that I can at least do some basic repairs. The more I actually see the better idea I'll have on what I can do.

Understood. I trust you will contact me when your research is complete, then?

*He smiles at her when he's done accessing all the files that he can, restraining himself from taking a poke at her security system since it might be considered rude. Plus if she is made to destroy entire fleets of ships he probably shouldn't annoy her.*

Absolutely. I can't imagine how unpleasant to be unable to use some of your systems so I'll give it top priority.

*Glances over at the pod.*

Do you carry that with you everywhere?

[identity profile] vector-angel.livejournal.com 2008-05-30 09:56 pm (UTC)(link)
It is no inconvenience, but if this plane is invaded by gnosis, it will be much more difficult for me to eliminate the threat quickly without my weapon functions restored.

[]

It is the chamber which I use to recharge my systems' power and allow easier access by Vector personnel to my internal data when connected to their computer network. I was unaware that it would not be necessary.

[identity profile] morethanasuit.livejournal.com 2008-05-31 04:46 am (UTC)(link)
What are the gnosis, exactly?

*Glances over at the pod, glad that she doesn't have to bring it over every time. Not that it wasn't interesting or that it seemed all that heavy to her, it just couldn't be pleasant to carry around.*

I'm sorry, I don't really keep the fact that I'm not a normal human public knowledge.

[identity profile] vector-angel.livejournal.com 2008-06-01 06:39 pm (UTC)(link)
The gnosis are beings native to imaginary space, a unique dimension separate from the physical plane of existence. They are normally immune to all forms of physical attack, unless first brought into the physical plane by use of the Hilbert Effect, which I am capable of producing.

[]

I will make a note to avoid mentioning the subject outside of this establishment, then.

[identity profile] morethanasuit.livejournal.com 2008-06-02 05:33 pm (UTC)(link)
Hmmm, Hilbert Effect, okay. It sounds like I should get you up and running then as soon as possible in case any of these things do come to the City.

*Gives her a pleasant smile.*

Thank you, I appreciate that.

[identity profile] vector-angel.livejournal.com 2008-06-02 07:00 pm (UTC)(link)
Luckily, it is merely my weapons systems that are offline. My sensors and Hilber Effect projector are all fully operational. I am capable of producing the Hilbert Effect within a range that easily would encompass this city. Although I will be unable to eliminate the threat by myself in my current condition, it should at the very least allow citizens to protect themselves. Ideally, however, I would be able to prevent any risk to the people of this city. These files (http://xenosaga.wikia.com/wiki/Hilbert_Effect) should explain the Hilbert Effect process sufficiently.

I assume you will maintain the same discretion with the information with which I have provided you.

*Tony smiles and gives her a nod, taking one last look to appreciate the technical brilliance and beauty that's put into such a wonderful form.*

Of course. I'll ensure none of your specifications ever get out.
