My systems seem to have returned to their standard operating levels. There should be no further malfunctions.

.............................

On an unrelated note, I have been researching various forms of media, primarily movies.

Robocop has been of particular interest. While I have not been following the development of the police force up to this point, I am curious in regards to its current level of firepower.

Yes, that is the basic conclusion of the movie. It seems to carry heavy anti-corporation messages, as does its successors.

I have yet to watch all of them, but there are three that I know of.

So that's the point of the movie? I was right, it MUST be cheezy.

They made three, even?! Man, people must've been really bored.

It appears to be a very archaic movie in general.

As in, it's from a looooong time ago?

Given the City's multi-dimensional nature, I cannot say.

Oh yeah, you can't really measure that sorta thing here, can you?

So did you pick up the movies 'cause you're a robot?

I am studying such media that relates to that fact, yes.

Huh... wonder if I should ask Protoman about this...

Any other interesting robot-related movies you've found?

The Terminator series seems to be a notable example.

Also, Bladerunner and the Star Wars movies seem to contain various forms of robots as well.

I doubt they even get the "robots" in these movies right. At least, compared to the kind of robots I know.

The robot known as Protoman bears a vague resemblance to Robocop.

S-seriously?! Oh man, he'd be pissed if he found out about that. He doesn't know do-gooder robots.

Now that I think about it... that brother of his sounds kind of like this Robocop dude, minus all the evil corporation stuff. Maybe the movie's from his world!

Both are humanoid in shape, and wear visored helmets.

However, the color scheme is different, and Robocop does not wear a scarf.

His design always did look kinda antiquated to me, heh heh.

So what's this Robocop guy fight with? Blaster cannon thingie?

A variety of weapons, it seems. Primarily he would appear to have a single handgun stowed away in a compartment in his leg. His shooting style seems reminiscent of a gunslinger. In later movies he has an arm which detaches to be replaced by a machine gun/rocket launcher combination.

More lame-o ballistics weapons, huh? The arm thing sounds kinda cool, though. That kinda does remind me of Protoman. Maybe they're related, hee hee hee...

It is impossible to tell given the previously stated multi-dimensionality.

Yeah yeah, I know. I meant it more as a joke anyway. He's fun to bug, ya see.

Er... you know. Annoy. Bother. Pester? That what's "bug" means in that context.
